Organization...

Do you ever have so much work in front of you that you don't even know where to begin? Heck, forget that... do you ever have so much work in front of you that you can't even keep track of what you need to do, or even remember what you need to do? Yeah... that would be me, right now.

I'm not complaining exactly... I mean, I knew what I was signing up for... I just am kind of scratching my head trying to get myself organized. Like on my agenda for today... write 1 to 2 pages on the distribution of cervical cancer in the U.S., and do an assignment where I have to find the incidence rates of some random disease, all before 4pm. And then when I get home from class, around 7 ish, I need to make sure to read at least 15 to 20 pages in my Research Methods book... and where is my Top Model watching going to come in? (LOL Just kidding, sort of.) Which in the grand scheme of things, it's not very overwhelming, just a typical day.

These sorts of things aren't making me scratch my head... it's the other things. I've got to study for my first midterm next week, I need to turn in another three pages of this paper next week, more midterms, more assignments, projects to work on... yeah. I guess what I really need to do is just plot out week by week how I'm going to work on things. It seems like the only way to survive at this point. And even all of this, isn't completely overwhelming me. What is bothering me is that I really don't have any time to work, and what is starting to bother me is lack of funds coming in. Luckily, I'm not hurting for money right now, but if I don't have time to work at some point, I will be.

Boo for being a grown up and trying to balance school and work.

On the bright side, if I cram in tons of work today, tomorrow, and Friday, I should be able to manage enough time to visit my friend Lauren on Saturday. I'm very excited about that! I would love to just hang out, get some lunch, and maybe grab a movie. I was almost feeling guilty about taking the time out of my weekend to visit Lauren. But seriously, even God had a day off, right? All work and no play makes me a dull girl, as evident by my blog of late!
