Well, we went out to dinner, and then went to Dave and Buster's on Saturday night. Dave and Buster's was a big hit with my friends, and everyone had tons of fun. For anyone who doesn't know, Dave and Buster's is like Chuck E. Cheese, but for adults... they have a bar in the middle of the game floor. Well, I'm not a big drinker, plus, I had so much decongestant in me that I stayed away from the bar. Even so, we all had tons of fun being completely sober.
Here is a picture of me (holding a purple Care Bear I got from winning tickets from games), my sister Tiffany, and my very best friend, Bernadette. This was at the end of the night, and we had had lots and lots of fun.
So yeah... good times.
I decided that because today was my birthday, and because I'm already sick, no work for me today. I really wasn't planning on spending my birthday yelling at small children! I also think I'm going to skip out on choir rehearsal today, but mostly because I'm already hoarse and singing for two and a half hours is not going to make it better. I'm not being completely bad though....I am going to go to class today. Hopefully Dr. Stach will be nice and not give us a quiz today! In the meanwhile, I guess I should get some studying in, since I really didn't get much done last week after I started feeling sick. And, after that, Dream Girls soundtrack! A great gift from my sis.
